SONGBUDDIES RUSH
Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026.
This policy describes the iOS game Songbuddies Rush, published by Plethora Productions LLC. It does not cover the separate Songbuddies toy, social, or music-sharing services.
Play without an account
You can play without entering a name, email address, password, or date of birth. Your level progress, earned characters and colors, daily challenges, and preferences are stored on your device. The age range you choose is stored on that device; Rush does not upload that choice as part of your guest cloud save.
Music is synthesized in the game from your matches. Rush does not record microphone audio, access your contacts or photo library, or request precise location. The level tune is not uploaded as an audio recording.
Optional guest cloud save
Cloud save is off by default. When available and enabled by an adult player, Firebase Authentication creates a pseudonymous guest identifier and Cloud Firestore stores Rush progress linked to that identifier: unlocked level, earned stars, buddy and color inventory and selections, onboarding status, challenge/reward progress, and a save timestamp. We use this information to save and synchronize that installation's progress, not to publish a player profile.
Firebase processes technical information such as IP addresses and authentication tokens to operate and secure the service. Guest save is not a login or a guarantee of recovery after reinstalling the app, losing your device, or changing devices.
Optional rewarded advertising
Rush has no banner ads. Where rewarded ads are enabled, adult players may choose to watch one for an in-game benefit. The game checks the applicable privacy choices before requesting ads. Players selecting under 18 or “Prefer not to say” do not receive live ad requests or the advertising consent form in this version.
When advertising services are used, Google AdMob and its consent platform may process IP addresses (which can indicate general location), device or app identifiers, consent choices, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic/performance information to provide ads, prevent fraud, and measure and maintain those services. The game disables publisher personalization and publisher first-party identifiers. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing. Rush does not request permission for cross-app tracking.
Use Settings to review your age range and, when available, “Ad privacy options.” Availability can depend on region, consent, connectivity, and ad supply. Refusing optional advertising does not prevent ordinary play.
Purchases
Apple handles payment. Rush uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to provide and restore purchased content and respond to refunds or revocations. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Paid entitlements are not added to the Firebase guest-save inventory. Contact Apple for billing or refund requests.
Support messages and service providers
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, or unnecessary information about a child.
Our service providers include Google Firebase for optional guest saves and this website's hosting, Google AdMob for optional advertising, Apple for purchases, and the email provider used to receive support. Hosting and email services may process technical logs necessary to deliver and protect those services. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local progress stays on the device until removed through the device's app-data controls. Deleting local app data can permanently lose progress. Restoring eligible Apple purchases is separate from recovering earned progress.
Turning off cloud save stops synchronization but does not itself delete an existing cloud save. Use Settings → “Delete guest cloud save” to request removal of the current installation's Rush cloud fields and anonymous identity. The app must be online; if deletion fails, retry. This does not erase local progress, refund purchases, or delete data belonging to the separate Songbuddies app. Empty records or provider security logs and backups may remain subject to provider retention practices.
We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant records, and meet legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or to complain to a relevant regulator. Contact us to make a request. We may need information sufficient to verify the request; without access to a lost anonymous identifier we may be unable to locate a guest save.
Children and families
Rush's creative content is intended for a broad audience. This version keeps live advertising and guest cloud save unavailable for under-18 and unspecified age choices. It does not implement a parental-consent cloud-account flow. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases using the device's controls and can contact us about privacy or deletion concerns. Do not enter a child's personal information into a support message unless necessary to resolve the request.
