By using SongBuddies, you agree to use the app, toys, website, Songbytes, and account features in a safe and respectful way.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the Songbytes created with it. Children should use SongBuddies with help from a parent or guardian.

Songbytes

• Songbytes should be kind, family-friendly, and appropriate for kids.
• Do not post hateful, sexual, violent, bullying, private, or unsafe content.
• SongBuddies may block, remove, or limit content that appears unsafe or inappropriate.

Music

SongBuddies may use Spotify links, previews, or embedded players to show attached songs. Music services are operated by their own providers and may have separate terms.

Subscriptions

SongBuddies Plus may unlock extra features, such as additional Songbyte sharing. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the app store or payment provider used to subscribe.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the website. Deletion is intended to be permanent and may remove your profile, Songbytes, usage records, claimed toy links, and account login.

No Guarantees

We work to keep SongBuddies fun and reliable, but features may change, pause, or stop working during updates, service outages, or third-party provider changes.
